No volume discounts honored beyond 30 days

Order discounts not valid on items already discounted.
1 1/2% per month finance charge will be applied to all accounts 30 days past due.

NEW CUSTOMER POLICY
20% of total order is required for acknowledgement to hold material.
Payment in full for order and freight is to be received prior to shipping.
Credit reference(s) may be requested
Upon approval, subsequent orders will be net 30 days.

All orders will be acknowledged according to availability.

MINIMUM ORDERS
Minimum orders of 16 flats is to be shipped common carrier.
There is no order minimum for customer pick up orders
2 1/4" liners must be ordered in multiples of 50
30's must be ordered in multiples of 30
Orders less than $150.00 add $15.00 processing fee.

CLAIMS
D & B PLANTS guarantees all plant material to be true to name, of good vigor and free from injurious pests and disease. All claims must be made within five days upon receipt of stock.
