Tier pricing schedule/discount applies to each item ordered.

Discounts apply to orders paid within 30 days.
No volume discounts honored beyond 30 days.

Order discounts not valid on items already discounted.

20% of total order required for acknowledgment for non-established
customers. Credit reference required.

Payment for liners and freight is to be received prior
to shipping for non-established customers.

All orders will be acknowledged according to current availability.

1 1/2 % per month finance charge will be applied to all accounts
30 days past due.

MINIMUM ORDERS
Orders less than $150.00 add $15.00 processing fee.
2 1/4" liners must be ordered in lots of 50 only.
30’s must be order in lots of 30 only.
16 flats minimum if order is to be shipped.

CLAIMS
D & B PLANTS guarantees all plant material to be true to name, of good vigor
and free from injurious pests and disease.  All claims must be made within
five days upon receipt of stock.

SHIPPING
D & B PLANTS encourages customer pick-up.
